Mindfulness Meditation is about being present, moment by moment. In a state of attention that is both relaxed and focused. It can help balance the mental, emotional and physical aspects of our being. private sector. She is a fully BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a
registered mental health nurse (RMN). Laura offers specialist psychological therapy for
anxiety disorders, depression, eating difficulties, O.C.D, trauma, addiction, self-injury, sleep
problems, children’s behaviour, ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Conditions for adults, children
and young people. All intervention offered are evidence based and recommended in the
